  • How much will it cost to ship my order?
    Shipping Costs are based on order merchandise total costs and the selected shipping method.
  • When Will My Order be Shipped?
    We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before noon ET using an expedited service (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) and we’ll be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.
  • Can I Change My Order After it has Already been Placed?
    Unfortunately we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. But give us a call at 860-404-2348 and we can try to help!
  • Can I Ship to an Address that is Different from My Billing Address?
    Yes! When you set up your Valley Racquet account, you are able to enter separate shipping addresses and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
  • What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
    1). Exchange your items. Give us a call at 860-404-2348 or email and let us help you choose a replacement item for your purchase. We always have someone on staff that can assist you with your purchase. Once the returned item is in our hands we will exchange the item and ship with no shipping charges. 2). Return the item purchased with the tags in place and a refund will be applied to your original form of payment. If the item has been worn, washed or damaged no refund will be applied. Give us a call at 860-404-2348 or email to let us know the item is being returned. 3). Return item for store credit. Give us a call at 860-404-2348 or email to let us know if you would like store credit for your returned item. EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONS 1) Items must be returned within 30 days or no full refund will be applied. Items returned after the 30 day period will be issued store credit deducting a $10.00 restocking fee. 2) We will not accept items for return that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 3) We do not refund the original shipping charges.
